The Heart of ESP: An Extraordinary Service
Program
Greetings,
Welcome to the “The Heart of ESP: An Extraordinary Service Program”
website of the Zeta Upsilon Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha
Sorority, Incorporated. With almost 100 active members, ZUO is
committed to serving the community with comprehensive, effective and
non-traditional programs.
In 1955, the “Fifteen Pearls of ZUO” accepted the call for service
and established this great chapter of educated, committed black
women. And for over 50 years, we have been honored and willing to
give back to the community in order to make a difference. |

Please peruse our wonderful website and enjoy the accomplishments
and celebrations of our international and local programs. Our legacy
within the community is strong and supreme. Beginning in 1908 on the
campus of Howard University as the first women black Greek letter
organization, the ladies of Zeta Upsilon Omega Chapter have set and
maintained the highest level of service and community contributions
St. Petersburg has ever known. We are proud of our legacy and thank
our partners and families for helping us achieve great things. We
are humbled and look forward to another 50 years of service to our
community. Thank you for visiting our website and I am sure you will
share the same enthusiasm and pride we have in providing quality
family, youth and community programs.
